Frances Dimaranan, RN, MPH
Frances leads clinical care with a strong commitment to individualized assessments and care planning, ensuring every client’s voice, story, and unique needs are heard and understood. As a Registered Nurse with experience in primary care, emergency nursing, and public health, and a Master of Public Health, she brings a holistic perspective to care, recognizing the social, cultural, and individual factors that shape each person’s health and well-being. She is passionate about advocating for vulnerable populations and believes that every older adult deserves the same love, dignity, and respect we would want for our own grandparents. Her faith in Christ guides how she leads, serves, and cares for others, inspiring her to provide compassionate care that sees the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

Rimo Napoles, RN
Rimo guides daily operations, champions clinical and quality standards, and partners with the Director of Care to ensure a high-performing home care team. A seasoned Registered Nurse with 15 years of global experience, including 11 years in Canada and eight in continuing care, he brings strong interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to meaningful senior engagement. As a trainer and life coach, he is passionate about supporting both people and the teams who care for them. Rooted in his Christian faith and shaped by his experience as an immigrant, devoted husband, and father, Rimo believes deeply in ageing in place and in honouring the seniors who helped shape the lives and communities we enjoy today. His leadership is grounded in respect, accountability, and a commitment to providing excellent, compassionate care to every adult he serves.

When Lhez named Zahfe (zah-fee) after her own loved ones, she wasn’t simply choosing a name—she was making a promise: that every family who walks through Zahfe’s doors would be known with the same care and intimacy she shares with her own. Lhez builds the foundation families never have to think about, creating the systems, standards, and stability that keep Zahfe true to its promise year after year. Her commitment ensures that the trust families place in Zahfe is met with consistency, care, and integrity. Between walking alongside families who need support and raising her three children, Lhez has never treated love as something separate from her work. For her, it is the foundation of both.
