Rimo is a seasoned RN with 15 years of global experience, including 11 years in Canada and eight in continuing care. A devoted husband and father, he’s rooted in Christian faith and known for strong interpersonal skills, meaningful senior engagement, and his work as a trainer and life coach.
When Lhez named Zahfe (zah-fee) after her own loved ones, she wasn't just choosing a word. She was making a promise: that every family who walks through Zahfe's (zah-fee) door would be known the same way she knows her own.

Frances understands the vulnerabilities, barriers, and social conditions that shape people's health. Drawing on her community and public health experience, she advocates for every Zahfe (zah-fee) client and family, helps them navigate complex systems, and ensures their voices are heard.

Frances helps every person feel loved through her passion for nursing and the genuine connections she builds: listening with compassion, showing up with care, and making sure no one feels alone.
An immigrant with deep family roots, Rimo is cherished for his belief in ageing in place and his deep respect for seniors who shaped the life we enjoy today. He is committed to providing excellent, compassionate care to every adult he serves.
Between walking alongside families who need help, and raising her three children, Lhez has never once treated love as something separate from work.
